This a tutorial of how I colored this image: [link] though it's only the guy... I don't save any screen caps of me making the background. Ha ha ha.
Sadly I've skipped all the early boring important steps. Sorry about. There are more parts to this walk through I just have to do all the explaining bits and that takes forever... -_-;
I use a tablet (edit: A TABLET PC not a table PC, lol) PC set to landscape mode and Photoshop CS3 Extended but pretty much everything I'm using can be done in Photoshop 7 or lower. Though I prefer Photoshop CS's new brush shape algorithm. It's much smoother now when it transitions from thin to thick which helps a ton.
Um, also if you can't tell from the flashing of panties this is a dude who's dressed like a girl. =]
